Refund Policy
We are committed to high quality work and transparent pricing. Our refund policy follows these guidelines:
- Custom development work billed hourly is not refundable. Hourly credits may be issued in special cases as approved by our team.
- Paid and used hosting time is not refundable. Unused hosting time may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Fraudulent credit card claims are investigated and may be reported to credit card services.
- There are no cancellations of online orders that have been programmed for immediate download access.
- DevRadius Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
