At DevRadius, we allocate engineering time, resources, and scheduling immediately upon project confirmation. Because of this, payments for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Key Terms

1. No Refunds on Work in Progress
All payments made for active or partially completed projects are non-refundable, including situations where a client decides to pause, cancel, or change direction after work has begun.

2. Reallocation of Remaining Hours
If a project is paused or cancelled by the client, any unused prepaid hours may be reallocated to another project or task within the client’s organization. This ensures the remaining value of the engagement can still be utilized.

3. Scope Changes
If a client decides to significantly change project scope or discontinue work, DevRadius will provide a summary of completed work and remaining allocated hours that may be applied to future development tasks.

4. Time Validity
Unused hours may be applied to another project within 12 months of the original engagement date, after which they may expire.

5. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in cases where DevRadius is unable to deliver agreed services due to internal limitations or unforeseen circumstances.
